Paid At-Home Marketing Apprenticeship

Vyral Marketing is offering an at home, paid one year hourly marketing apprenticeship opportunity for college students or graduates that guarantees you learn key, real-world internet marketing and client building skills with a $50,000 base salary plus bonus job offer upon successful completion.

We do have a strict residency requirement. You must currently, or plan to reside, in one of the following states for at least the first 6 months of your apprenticeship:

North Carolina
South Carolina
North Dakota
New Hampshire

Your training includes a daily group meeting every morning with a senior partner to review your past day's work, a weekly one-on-one meeting for goal setting, and three hours of classroom time once a week for training all via Skype.

You will also be assigned about two books per month to complete so you build a solid foundation of marketing knowledge.

You will be paid for all training. Successful trainees will join our team on all-expense-paid trips including flights, hotels, and meals so you too can attend industry events and conferences to meet and network with clients. This is a one-year, very intense, learning-based paid hourly apprenticeship to fast track you as a highly paid internet marketing professional.

Upon your hire, you will first speak with prospective clients and past clients on the phone for the first six months to build communication skills, then graduate to doing the marketing for eight of our most valuable strategic clients to help them get new customers with Facebook, YouTube, email marketing, landing pages, and more.

Upon successful completion of your 1 year apprenticeship you'll be offered a $50,000 base salary plus bonus. Includes health insurance.

Applicants must be a current college student or graduate who can work at least 20 hours a week . Hours are flexible. Must have a cumulative 3.0 or higher GPA.

This is a 100% work at home position . You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free work space with a door you can shut, a desk for a laptop computer we’ll provide (and headset), and your own internet connection.

Working from home isn’t for everyone, but if you’re self-motivated and disciplined, this position will give you the autonomy and training you need to earn a great living as a marketing professional.

Upon your hire, you'll come to our office - at our expense - in downtown San Diego to meet our team personally before you start training.

  • Speak with prospective and past clients on the phone to listen and explain how we may be able to help them
  • Work with our strategic clients to create messaging and offers their prospective customers want
  • Design landing pages with features, benefits, testimonials, and an offer to make sales or generate leads
  • Drive traffic to the landing page with Facebook, YouTube, and Google Display advertising
  • Write compelling email messages to get people in the client's database to visit the landing page
  • Update the client daily on the status of their marketing with your proactive advice
  • Research and update potential future clients on your work to bring new business to the firm


  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Currently, or plan to reside, in a qualified state
  • Current college student or college graduate
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing or any related field (3.0+ GPA)
  • 5 year outlook for the position upon hire
